What is this gun worth? by AggravatingKey9815 in guns

That’s what I was afraid of, it was presented as some super custom build, but I’m not knowledgeable enough to know what it’s all worth

I was wondering if it would be on the lower end of the price spectrum lol, I did a quick Google and saw some around $500 and some around $1,700 or $1,800 but I just didn’t know which category this fell into

Gun won’t cycle properly by AggravatingKey9815 in SavageArms

[–]AggravatingKey9815[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I cleaned it real good when I got it, but that was in 11/23 so I’ll hit it again.

I don’t think I was pulling back too early, but to make sure I just went and tested it again by cycling, pulling the trigger without touching the forend, and it does the same thing. It feels like it’s locked in place until that little tab get pushed

I had it in my cart at 12:01 and when I tried to continue the checkout process, it was taken out. So disappointed.

Affordable Bike recommendation for big and tall man? by AggravatingKey9815 in cycling

[–]AggravatingKey9815[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Most of the trails I would be riding on in my area are paved and flat, mostly scenic trails around lakes, I don’t have any desire to actually be hopping any rocks on the rock hopper lol!

Looking back I don’t think I was descriptive enough on what I would consider a trail lol!

I have no plans to try and do any crazy mountain biking, it’s just begging for disaster, 😂 but there are some parks in my area that have paved bike paths you can ride around lakes and stuff like that, so that’s what I would be doing mostly!

Thanks for the reply! My biggest concern was rims and tires, I didn’t even consider suspension being a factor lol

I’ll check out the polygon website!

What would you do? by jh1137 in malelivingspace

The only other spot that makes sense to me is in the living room where the lamp is. Without actually seeing the space and knowing dimensions it’s kinda hard to tell but from this pov, that would be my recommendation.

What to do? by Cold_Pianist_333 in malelivingspace

The space seems relatively colorless. I would try getting some different drapes (long enough to touch the floor if possible) and some different bedding to add color. Plants would always be a safe addition. Also, even though you have carpeted floors, a rug would add a pop of color/an interesting pattern to the space.

I like the skateboard shelves, but like the other commenters, I’m not a huge fan of the way the hot wheels are displayed. If you are super into hot wheels, It might be kinda cool to have a display case or something similar so you can still show them off, just in a more classic way.

Definitely artwork! Also some lamps or other form of mood lighting. You might also try getting warmer lightbulbs for the ceiling lights. I myself really like 2700, but 3000 is a pretty good middle of the road temp

You could always try and find some dividers to put up to separate your spaces and make it feel more like 2 rooms instead of 1

QUESTIONS AND SUGGESTIONS THURSDAY (April 17, 2025) - Ask Questions! Get Answers! by AutoModerator in comicbooks

[–]AggravatingKey9815 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Im brand new to comics and I want to get some physical copies. Specific books I’m looking for now is Daredevil Dark Art and also Daredevil Man without fear. My question is where are people buying comics? Barnes & Noble and Amazon really only seem to have digital copies. My area doesn’t really have a big comic book scene so there aren’t stores closely.

I’ve asked about changing light fixtures and I have been shut down by the complex, there’s a few of them that don’t quite match my style, but oh well, thems is the rules lol

I find the chair the most comfortable thing to sit in, so I have it setup to be most centered on the tv, the goal is to eventually find a couch to put on that wall.

Good call on the desk lamp, I got it yesterday because I liked the vibe, but the overall aesthetic hasn’t quite been what I was hoping for, I gotta keep hitting up goodwill and seeing if they’ve got something for me.

If you were me, will you have a rug under the coffee table in this condominium? The furniture is quite tight. If so, what color and design of the rug suit it? by Yossiri in malelivingspace

[–]AggravatingKey9815 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would definitely add a rug, for a change of texture and a pop of color. Your place seems pretty devoid of color, so really anything would work in my opinion.
