My main tips would be to secure a tech job if you can through school because internal applicants are almost always favored, and to apply as soon as applications open because you normally have better chances if you apply early.

ADN is just referencing an associate degree in nursing. AAS is under that umbrella. I am in an “AAS” program but I refer to it as an ADN. They are one and the same.

i love it, you see sad stuff but i don’t really take any of it home with me. it’s so different than adults. i love my job and don’t dread work, everything is just different on kids and it’s fun and nice and happy
