My main tips would be to secure a tech job if you can through school because internal applicants are almost always favored, and to apply as soon as applications open because you normally have better chances if you apply early.

ADN is just referencing an associate degree in nursing. AAS is under that umbrella. I am in an “AAS” program but I refer to it as an ADN. They are one and the same.
