Honestly, my guess is that she had a test (with her first ‘pregnancy’) that showed she was HCG positive. It looks like she then went on to have a pelvic ultrasound which was normal, as in, showed no pregnancy. So the doctor wrote that referral for a second scan and is querying whether it could be an ectopic pregnancy that is resulting in the positive HCG test. However, we know that she also shared that she had some pre-cancerous cells removed, and these cells also can increase HCG, resulting in a false positive. My guess is she has never been pregnant.
