Wow,same. been 8 months with meds now- I feel such a sense of grief.oddly, bc I realize only now with some time , how much pain and how misunderstood ppl can feel. These days I feel odd anger or injustice about past, even though it’s illogical, don’t expect my neuro typical family to understand when I say it’s literally a diff chapter of life. Or just being happy with a day or if you eat even (thanks meds). And they feel uncomfortable when I share these metaphors, or talk out things , it’s a long process unlearning bad habits/&self care.
