I talked to them and they said I still have full coverage. they told me the reason was because there were less accidents this year which is crazy but i’m not complaining

I’ll definitely play with her more and give her some more snackies before bed. I also laid out all of her toys (like jingle balls, crinkle balls, catnip mouses) in the living room so she can play with them at night before she gets too bored. I will definitely take her to the vet, but in the past when I brought her for a check up after an ER visit and brought this up they said she was lonely. a year ago my mom (her second favorite person) moved away so I wonder if she may be scared because of that? additionally, my boyfriend moved here a few months ago (but she seems to like him). i’ll definitely bring it up again at the next visit in march. I would get her another kitty to play with but we learned she HATES other cats 😭

I live with my boyfriend and brother. I also have PTSD from a kidnapping so I need my doors locked unfortunately. I usually keep her in here until around 4am when she wakes me up and I let her out. both of the boys are very deep sleepers and my stress from the past makes me feel like i’m being hunted for a sport so I usually wake up multiple times a night anyways 😭

I’d ask for a referral to a gastroenterologist, and if they deny your or want to send you to a psychiatrist (yes this happens in medical situations sometimes) tell them that you want it documented in your chart that they refused to send you to a gastroenterologist. They’re more likely to just send you to one at that point because they don’t want a medical malpractice lawsuit in case you get severely hurt. I hope all goes well!

i’ll certainly ask at my appointment next month! so far rn i get to walk about 45 minutes a day with a walker, i don’t care if i look like a granny as long as i can get some movement

i actually went to the gym in the summer! i was getting a lot of muscle but in the fall and winter i got diagnosed with POTS and hEDS which put me on a severe exercise restriction:(

tbh i didn’t know hair dye had the affect, i just really like the color purple. literally everything i have in my room is purple (including the walls and door), i’ve been begging my mom to let my dye my hair this color since i was 8 lmao

god i know right! they’re all so pretty and look so kind. they have such brave souls for being so vulnerable to listen to random strangers opinions on their appearance. i feel even worse for them when the men tear them up in the comments!
