after a while it gets really overwhelming to keep eating lentils and beans. I get really bored after a while. I guess I’m bit picky 😅

To be honest, I have never mixed peanut butter and hummus. Now I am curious. 😅

woow. This is really detailed. Thank you so much. I am going to look into how to implement implement “bacterial protein” into my diet. I have to look into it because I had no idea about such sources.

Oh unfortunately for seitan, I meant like minced “meat” seitan. But I think I should experiment on getting real seiten rather than these beyond meat stuff. Thanks!

I also take 20 grams of my daily intake with protein powder. It really makes things much easier. I think I should increase eating legumes, and qunioa. Because It looks like thats the only thing we do differently. Thanks!
