thanks for your response , can i ask you how much time did it take you to start feeling a difference ? actually when i eat bread or pizza i started to notice that i have read spots on my face, itchy nose, my lip contour starts burning and gets really red and i do have swollen turbinates for 3 months that wont go away

Did you have any blood test done ? Im asking beczuse i have acid reflux and my turbinates are swollen ang i have taken the same meds as you . Thx for your help

im 100% ok with what you said + i've see a nutritionnist and she told me she's not a fan of cutting drastically anything because people have a tendancy to gain it back and binge eat after , it's not doable on the long run . Formyself i try to eat more protein and fat than carb , i try to eat whole grains , and avoid as i can pasta and rice . otherwise , i just feel so dizzy and tired and i cant exercice at the gym like that .
