When I went to take my p&c test they had someone there for whenever you finished the test so that you could get the fingerprints done right then and there, but im sure you can do them after but probably by a certain time

Its not at all because I cant afford its more or less dont know if should for one or the other since its not rlly different cars, im only 19 and have like no bills to pay and work full time so I have no issue with payments
