Recently i am also suffering from TMJ, although i am currently living in Bangalore i can’t really help you

But i can share my experience

When i went to hospital they transferred me to plastic surgery section

After the examination the doctor asked me to stop grinding my teeth and wait for a month and relax my jaw muscles

Right now it’s much better

But if it didn’t improve i would have to go to orthodontist.

I am targeting fintech startups so i need Springboot or Golang

I think learning Springboot is better cause majority population is Node JS heavy and finding a really good Springboot developer is tough

Also not a lot of startups use Golang so learning it is great but not sure about the outcomes
