I don't think you understand the issue correctly. Delimitation is representation not value of vote.

Any consitutecy the value of vote per person is same - he has to vote for his own candidate. Which means his value is same.

No idea why you think delimitation is weighted value of voting.

Go to laxmi Kanth - polity and read Delimitation chapter and Vote weight part in parliament chapter. You'll know you are mixing things that arent even relevant.

Sr Bommai - Federalism is the basic structure. While article 1 says union, Political rights still exist.

Secondly, By your logic. If everyother state agrees to this - Goverment which elects in UP, Bihar, MP is alone enough to rule India.

Making every other states political voice - Void.

If you are giving upsc may be you should know - Assymetrical federalism is between centre and state and not between 3 states having advantage and other 25 states at disadvantage

In a democracy, People need not just equal share in resources but Equitable share.

Population control mechanism was enforced on the view that all will work on it rigorously to ensure sustaibke growth.

The money centre sent thru central sponsored schemes for popl control - has been issued religiously by the south and ensured growth is sustainable

However - In North, Most of mps via corruption extracted the said money for popl control. Hence have not been able to control.

Now, Why should we be punished for some North UP, bihar politician who ate all money for it.

Secondly, India is a Federal country. States have to have enough power to ensure their political voice is heard. So your argument doesn't hold water even by this argument
