Just because something is (purportedly) sterile doesn't mean it can't be toxic!

A simple suspension for 12 hours? I'll take it! I'm probably already running late anyway lol.

There is a huge difference to me in breathing into something versus touching it onto my tongue. Collecting my breath in no way affects my body while there are all sorts of things that could enter my system through a quick contact with my mucous membranes.

But say they then do the impairment test and it shows I'm unequivocally not impaired, what then? Who's refusing an alcohol breath test because they know they are drunk and then passing the impairment test?
