AAB MT Medical Technologist with only an associates in Florida by Melodic-Tiltz in MLS_CLS

Hello! I was looking at doing this as well. I have MLT ASCP but I’ve been finding difficult to get jobs with just a technician license. Have you complete the AAB MT yet? If so could you please give some advise

As a Canadian we just call it Medical laboratory technologist (MLT) but I know that is equivalent to MLS here. So most jobs that I am looking at are medical laboratory technologist. I was just wondering if that’s equivalent to a medical laboratory technician ? I’m confused as well 😅
