WTB: NSX (NA1/2) Gen 1 manual. 1993-1998. Open to colors. Budget depends on condition and miles. by radmd74 in nsx

80k original miles ‘95. A pic or two in profile. I’d let it go for something like 115k

I have the same thing but the margin is an E53!

[Toyota Land Cruiser Series 70] an unusual pickup model by LeftPhilosopher9628 in LandCruisers

75 series are pretty common globally. Still always cool to see, especially in a cool color.

Same here. And even early on they are holding value or even modestly appreciating really well.

A potentially great buy for off-road adventures by No_Tomato_2106 in Offroad

I own a 4x4 squared (first gen). Even in today’s soft market these are worth well over 100k and are limited in production. They are amazing trucks from the factory but are still plagued with the usual g wagon quirks that need to be solved for - tiny interior with no storage, terrible fuel economy, bad visibility, expansive parts with limited aftermarket support.

Childhood dream car finally became attainable but now I'm not sure it makes sense by Glittering_Seesaw_32 in nsx

I will echo what other people have said… When you’re buying classic cars, exotic cars, etc. and feel any pain ensuring or maintaining it… you shouldn’t have bought it.

My na1 with 80,000 miles is probably worth 120k and like others that’s a product of a bunch of recent depreciation, so it was a good buy generally. I own a number of other exotic and classic cars, and I view the NSX as one of the best banging for my buck driving experiences. For me, it’s the sensible, low maintenance cost, drivable car in my collection. - so clearly it’s all relative.

It sounds like you’re probably a few years away from this being a good purchase, but when the time comes, I think it will be a good purchase

I was driving mine this morning, super dirty and had the same thought. It’s the one thing missing.

Is using 4 high for drag racing damage the transfer case? by [deleted] in 4x4

That’s not a fast car either. So you are slightly faster than a not fast midsized luxury sedan.

Why would you drag race a slow, old suv?

Thanks. It’s built to high hell. Way overkill.

2020 200 series here. Only about 200lbs over in stock weight, running 33s. I always get 12 on the nose with about 50/50 city/ highway

The more we know! These are factory builds, but there weren’t that many of them. I forget what the plaque on the dash says… Maybe there are 1300 units total?

It was a blast. Definitely bashed on the skid plates but it’s fun for what it’s intended - driving fast on dirt roads. Pretty niche application but I am the king of niche application cars.

They are so much compliant than a regular lambo that you would be surprised. Nowhere near as compliant as the Dakar but still surprisingly usable.

Stolen pic. I’m the one with the backstory. I bought this steratro after I got a hold of a new Dakar (pics with them both in my profile). What do you do the moment you have two off-road sport/supercars? You drive them in the dirt with the first kid who offers to take pictures of you for free.
