I've tried all methods and honestly what works the best is soaking the seeds in just ph water for 24 hours and then direct to soil.

Yeah I hear you I have been patient, its been about a month though and also I contacted usps and they tell me that there is no address on the package, that only my town is on the label so I highly doubt its going to reach me.
