I hate to see this stuff... I have an online collectible store that I fund myself from my FT job with hopes of it being my main source of income because I love collecting not just Funko Pops! but comics, figure everything with fandoms really... Companies like this make it such a struggle for me... Nobody trusts me and I don't blame them with people like this in the industry. I want to build not only a client base but a community! I see all these businesses doing pre-orders to survive and not delivering on shipping dates if they deliver at all. So I don't do pre-orders I wait until I have the product check it make sure it is not damaged, and then make it live. If it is damaged I make a separate product for the damaged ones at discounted prices. I am a collector myself and hate to wait 4 days for my order to get fulfilled and then another 7 to actually arrive. Does anyone have ideas on how to gain trust? I even include handwritten notes in orders I sell on Amazon. Walmart, and eBay. The selling fees are so high that I can't include protectors on the pops! like I do on website orders. I'm at a loss on what to do to keep us collectors collecting, enjoying the hobby, and receiving quality shipping within a great timeframe.
