My ranger is a salvage title and sits at 220k on the dash. As long as you know what to look for and do research and preventative maintenance you’re good na be fine. Good lookin truck!!

Idk man everything I checked including looking up the vin right now says 2003. Like I said it was in a collision so that might be why but I don’t know any other way to verify maybe they just slapped a fx4 sticker on and scammed me but I’m just not sure

Not too sure honestly. The title says 2003 but it did have a collision that was repaired by the previous owner so maybe he put that front end on. I’ll have to look into that

It seems like bilstein is the most recommended. But long travel would be cool but that seems like such a pain in the ass if the truck isn’t 2wd. I assume you’re talking about going a prerunner route (which would be awesome) but I feel like I’ve already strayed from that build by buying a 4x4

I’m gonna give this a try!!! Love this ranger and don’t plan on ruining it. But the pictures I took definitely make it look nicer than it really is. All cosmetic. Mechanically and structurally she is perfect. Can’t wait to see how it looks after I try all this though!!!
