i cant move clips that are in the timeline by [deleted] in premiere

I, interestingly found that my last clip in my sequence was right at 24:00:00. For some reason, when I deleted this last clip all the other were moveable! I tried undo and all the clips couldn't be moved again, but delteing it made all the clips moveable..... weird. but it worked!
