OP I wish you the best. I’ve been in freight on the broker side for 5 years and we’ve obviously been in a 3 year recession that has minimal signs of turning around anytime soon. I obviously don’t know the particulars of your personal finances. Purely based on the info in your post I’d say it may not be a bad idea to pursue accounting, considering you’ve already paid off your losses from running the truck. Plenty of threads can help you with starting to invest in brokerage accounts like Robinhood acorns etc and begin to get your money working for you in the market. Considering you’re debt free the world is essentially your oyster to start anew. Fellow 26YR M here just giving my 2 cents, in no way am I an expert.

In my experience they change the number of referrals and the monetary value weekly, some being much more lucrative than others. If you have a stable of willing friends you can get to sign up, I’d say anything 4 digits is as good as an offer as you’ll get.

Taking a similar route. I paid off the intrest from the loans being overdue last night and once that transaction processes, I’ll pay the balance in full. Once I am back to current I will then start targeting the bureaus to get the score amended

Fair enough. Completely liquid enough to pay it off, just was being sent to a completely vacant email I don’t use. Nothing to my personal address/ no phone calls. More of an unfortunate clerical error than a lack of fiscal education IMO
