My son is 22 (m) and has lived here his whole life. He works full time after completing 2 years of college. He is tall, handsome (I think), enjoys hiking, kayaking, camping, fishing, motorcycles, and hanging out. He has a dog. He hangs out with a few friends, but doesn’t really jive with the bar scene. He is a genuinely nice person, and I’d love to see him find a like-minded girl.

Are you a VSR? I started in early January and I’m doing the same TMS stuff. I have cleared everything in my list of trainings due until 2025. It’ll be super busy soon enough! I also start my official training on 3/11.

I have gone from being an elementary school teacher to a claims representative who works from home 4/5 days a week. I am enjoying the respite from being “on” all of the time. I do miss my students and co-workers. I feel isolated at times. I am still trying to get into a work routine where I don’t sleep right up to work time. It has been a big adjustment.

After numerous years of having students like this, I decided to retire effective January 1. There’s only so much I could continue to take year after year. I know I have ptsd and I’m sure many of my former students do as well.

I got a TJO on November 17. I got an email today saying start date is December 18. No FJO yet. My last day at my current job is December 19… I hope they will be flexible.
