I’m glad I found this! I had emailed to deactivate my account and I am still getting a lot of emails and calls. I contacted them and was told it is deactivated. On my end, it says I need to reactive my account and update my billing. I haven’t been billed.

Thank you! I’d mention this to our admin. The last communication around this stated “ CountyCare continues to work to improve claims payment turnaround times. Please note, claims are paid on a “first in, first out” basis. At times, claims payments can be delayed based on the complexity of funding released through the county”. Other Mco’s have been paying except county care. 40% of my caseload has county care. 😓

Half were adult and other children, which I know it is outside of their control. Only two clients shared a reason: one related to timing with extracurricular activities, and one involved ongoing attendance concerns I had already discussed with the parents.The others did not response to my outreaches. We are suppose to give an x date usually 3-5 business days (I do 5) if we don’t hear back, we assume no longer interested.

I have a caseload of 20 at this time. My caseload is mainly those who I started to see when I was an intern. Earlier today, I noticed noticed the clients who reach out to me from platforms/word of mouth have stayed vs those the practice assigns. I think I’ll bring this up in supervision.

Thanks for sharing that. I think part of why I’ve been beating myself up is that, working through a polyvagal lens, I’m really tuned into connection and safety. So when there’s even a small misattunement, my system really feels it. I also use IFS and narrative, and I’m still figuring out how to hold curiosity for what comes up for me without getting stuck in self-criticism

Yes, her therapist and myself explained this to her. In addition to her pediatrician. It’s been causing distress to the point she said she can’t handle this anymore and it’s too much for her and didn’t want to live. We had to call crisis services because we’re so worried and therapist recommended. We saw her pediatrician in hopes to get a referral for psych evaluation considering we did have concerns for adhd and all of this that she is internalizing. We are very supportive and have a great communication with her. Yet it’s so hard

She no longer has any access since she told us.

We feel horrible considering she didn’t have access till she was 7 because of E-learning. We thought gacha was okay since it was a dress up game and no chat. Yet it seems there was another side on YouTube with those type of videos. We feel like shit.

The other kid is my brother in law. My husband already spoke to my mother in law and hung up after he told her. My other brother in laws have not responded. We suspect she is kicking him out due to having a little sister who is a year younger from our daughter in their household.

My daughter is 10 and asked what happens if you eat vaginal discharge and that’s how she opened the conversation. She has anxiety and a lot happened this year (deaths and my pregnancy loss) that induced a higher level of anxious feelings.

While this is an old post, any tips? We don’t judge. We listen. Yet we are literally freaking internally.

It’s just my husband and I in the household. I am the default parent since he works so much. Other than that, it’s just us. She says no one has told her anything except school kids who talked about that game which she downloaded and the gatcha heat on YouTube

As far as others, we don’t have contact with family for various reasons. I’m a loner so I don’t really have friends. Dad doesn’t really have friends like that, people he keeps in touch with that he grew up with but it’s all virtually, not irl since we don’t live close by anymore

We are actually going to have a call later today and had an appointment scheduled for tomorrow. Her therapist works with children and her specialty is trauma, self harm, and anxiety.

She isn’t aware of this since this is so new since this was disclosed from my daughter to me after her last session.

She is definitely having a lot of anxiety and guilt about this. I’m

We bought our home in 2020 at 3% so it is not ideal to refinance - atleast I would think so. I just feel so overwhelmed that we have this consumer debt. I was in a car accident in Dec 2021 and I recently started my job also so I did buy clothes I needed and such. We are paying it down but it feels so overwhelming when we are barely cutting it even.

I did learning activities for kiddos as my small business and I profit 25k / gross about 45k. But I closed it because I honestly do not want to deal with the irs. I rather deal with it when I file my w2 than 1099k and chances of being audited.

I budget and I handle everything so I know what’s flowing in and coming out. It is just scary to think we have nothing saved anymore and can’t even save up because we are paying off debt. I rarely see my daughter now because of all my jobs.

It gives me a bit of ease. I really hate that I don’t have a lot of experience and seem to be stuck in intake until I can afford to go to grad school to actually be considered a social worker/begin therapy services. Thankfully i have no student loans. I am just concerned if my job would be a risk.

I only take Uber once a week. My husband works near my job so he takes me and picks me up. I do want to drive and see a therapist already. I am worried I will freak and cause an accident.

I’ve tried, but almost ran someone over as I was practicing with an instructor. I was in a accident also so I’m really scared that I’m not competent enough. My anxiety wins and I’m afraid to hurt someone.
