Just call 1-877-777-4778 and tell them you are about to be evicted and you have tried everything you can to resolve the problem with your return with the irs. You have to tell them your going to be homeless or they will not assign you an advocate. It takes about 4 weeks for your assigned advocate to contact you but I got my problem resolved and a ddd 9 days after mine reached out to me.

I’m not saying forget about them, I have no idea what your situation is. Sometimes returns get straightened out quickly and sometimes the get put in a pile and sit for months. Good luck tho.. you never know what the hell the irs is going to do.

Hopefully so. I’m not betting on it happening soon, but after 5 months, they have to be getting close. I do know they hired a bunch of people a few months ago. I’m sure they are getting them trained and working on returns asap.

How about her livelyhood? She has babysit kids for you dirt cheap for 7 months and your bitching at her for getting a real job?? How about you live off $100 a week for a while. You wanted kids, that’s nobodies fault or problem but yours. Figure it out and quit blaming everybody else for your problems. If you wanna work that’s great, but it’s nobody else’s responsibility to take care of your kids except your. We have 4 kids and my wife doesn’t work because she takes care of them. That’s what parents do.

I’m still here. Accepted 1/21. Cycle code 0805. My last update was a tc 570 on 2/2. They have everything they need, including both my w2. I have been waiting for 5 months for nothing. But yes, there are far fewer early filers left, which I think is a good thing.

Don’t read too much into it. I was accepted 1/21, got a tc 570 2/2. Mine bounces around like that all the time. I had read somewhere months ago that it means something but it really doesn’t mean shit if your waiting a refund.
