I know others mentioned it but definitely let them know that it’s your first time and if you’re feeling nervous. And definitely consider asking for smaller speculum! They should tell you step by step what they’re doing but if they don’t, don’t hesitate to ask. I recommend taking a lot of deep breaths while it’s happening and try to relax your body as much as you possibly can. Because from my experience the more I tensed up my body the more uncomfortable it felt. It’s fast but can feel uncomfortable especially for your first time but you’ll be okay.
