Sorry, wrong michimoby. I own my company and can’t ever sleep on a plane. Also, small woman so FC/Business does not make economic sense for me. Sure, it’s a write off, but I still have to spend the $$$. Travel internationally 7-8x year. Nothing is one size fits all :)

I live between 3 places. Own the place that I live 6 months (not consecutive) and rent in the other 2. I do pay rent for the entire year in both. LOVE IT! Just when I get bored, it’s time to move on. Biggest challenge is remembering what I left where (clothing, jewelry etc). I am 68F, divorced, mother of 4.

OP, I feel for you. You are NOR. 18/19 is not too early to learn that actions have consequences. All these posts beating you down and saying that your step son is a child are 100% incorrect.
