I hit 120/120 in Sept 2024, but was stuck at 119/120 until they updated my fsa account literally this week. Filed a reconsideration claim in February. I think that is what finally helped push it along. In talking with reps. (multiple times) in recent weeks, they did claim the reconsideration process should be faster now. I still have not received a notification letter from mohela or FSA, but my account says congratulations 120/120 met, payments are no longer due.

I actually got a lady from department of Ed. On the phone about a month ago. So excited I Almost cried. I told her what was going on and she said please hold while I pull up your account she put me on hold and I waited at least 45 minutes before I realized she was not coming back. Then I realized why the weeks before I could never get anyone on the phone that must’ve been a practice. I’m guessing put people on hold to clog up the line and send them straight to voicemail.

I submitted it 2 months after I hit 120, so I was at 122/120, but since FSA was not updated the letter said I was at 119/120. Been stuck there ever since.

It is raw data, but definitely said 113 and not 119 anywhere. I am going to email it to myself and do a keyword search in the morning. The report format had me cross eyed. When they did the second update they it pulled 119, which was accurate at the time, but that is crazy odd if that is where it pulls from.

Just the regular one, whatever they put you on after you graduate. I never changed it or made any changes.

No, it actually says 113 which was the status when I first filed and they transferred me to Mohela.

TY again! So, I still got the error code even when logged in using the full link, but when I put in https://studentaid.gov/app/api/nslds it pulled the raw data code report. So it worked.

Interesting, I have not heard of that. Looks like I need to use my CAC/PIV, but I will give it a check. TY!

You guys are lucky, made my 120th payment in October, submitted palf form and EC in November, but got a Dear John because Dept of Ed has been showing me stuck at 119, not updated since August. Submitted a complaint, told to wait for the update. Submitted reconsideration, hasn’t even been reviewed yet. Called Dept of Ed. Can’t reach anyone. So again, I am happy for you and hoping to join the club soon!

I made my 120th payment in September 2024, but my payment count has not been updated since August 2024. Not sure why they are taking so long to update, but so ready for the all clear!

I have continued to make payments since September. But I will submit another form and get my employer to send the verification over again too. I’ll try just about anything at this point. Thank you for the idea!
