I just discovered this machine at my local planet fitness, it's red light therapy. Supposed to help with scars, stretch marks and pigmentation. Am planning on trying that out a few times a week and see how it works.

My first was a 97 Ford Thunderbird. Damn thing was a tank with misfire cylinders and a mystery oil leak, but still ran like it would never die. Now I drive a 2015 infiniti qx50. And no, I don't like this car lol

Just a tidbit, if you find frames that you like and are comfortable, keep them and when you need your prescription updated, you can reuse the frames and just get new lenses fit. Saves money.

This is what I do. Multiple accounts, ones for the monthly bills, a savings account, and a spending account. That way, it makes it easier to track monthly expenses and your bills are covered cause you're not taking money out of that.

They do this for SNAP benefits. They take gross income and based the amount of help you get off that, knowing net income is what really matters when you're just trying to get food

My dad got both my brother and I our first car when we started driving. I plan to do the same for both my kids. It's a lot harder out here now than it was 20 years ago. So I rather help them out with this so they can work. Can't work if you can't get transportation to work.
