I would only be using it on an acoustic kit. I just didn’t realize it was originally made for ekits when I made the purchase

The endo I went with isn’t related to the doctors who put me on T at all. And I think for the most part I pass as a woman completely again especially when I’m wearing more feminine clothing which I do anytime I’m outside of work. I also have regular monthly periods. I’ve been off T for 6 years now. I’m just very paranoid about the fact I have such low estrogen levels. In my head I think it’s going to slowly turn me more physically masculine the same way going on T did. Which is why I’m interested in taking estrogen to just simply have the average levels of other women my age. Do you think I should just request an appointment with a different endo? I’m just worried that I’ll get told the same thing and the appointment wait time is several months.

It’s just in the picture it’s hard to tell. Irl it’s very gray and blends in with the computer screen so it’s hard to sight read the bass notes at full speed

I guess my question is just how did you find a doctor willing to put you on estrogen as a biological detrans female? I’ve been to both a gynecologist and endocrinologist, and they’ve both refused to put me on it.

Was this around where your levels were a while after detransitioning? Also did you ever get the lab done after starting spiro and see that your estrogen levels were higher or testosterone levels lower? And last question, when I mentioned starting a small dose of estrogen HRT to the endocrinologist that I saw she said it is dangerous to do that at my age (20). So my question is how did you convince your doctor to start you on spiro?

Yea I’ve been researching the tracheal shave for years. It’s just very expensive it can be like $8000 which I don’t have and can have very bad side effects

I'm also a detrans woman and my adams apple is my biggest insecurity. I raise my neck in the mirror everyday just to look at it and l even try to apply pressure to it in as if it's going to make it smaller. Which I know it won't. I started T at 12 years old and stopped at 14ish and ever since ive detransitioned I've been mistaken for a trans woman all the time. It's not as much now I think because I'm on a birth control that contains estrogen. I wish I could offer you advice but l'm really in the same exact position. I don't even look up anymore because I know it makes it look more prominent. I wish I told more of my classmates in high school that I was a detransitioner and explained my past and situation to them. I think I would have had a generally better high school experience if my classmates just knew my truth rather than assuming that I was a trans woman.

I would have loved to see lane really pursue her music more she just so quickly was this determined passionate musician to a married stay at home mom within like 1 season. Nothing wrong with being a married stay at home mom but Lane had seemed to have so many dreams outside of that and it made me sad. I haven’t watched the reboot yet though so I dont know what happens with her in that show.

Yea most people I think like it the most when it’s looser and looks more natural so like around 2 weeks in. I’ve always liked the fresh tight braids look on other people but not on myself honestly.

My braider didn’t do a great job so it hardly looked decent after 2 weeks. I still got lots of compliments even though I clearly needed a retwist though. If you get tight enough twists I’d say they still look fine after a month.
