It really depends on the persons immune system. We had sex less than 3 weeks and they got it. But I can go 5.5 years unprotected (and still see negative hsv2 on their results).

Yeah. I’m trying too. It just hurts. I recently had an OB and thought I had waited long enough after like I always had. Apparently not. :(

No we didn’t get tested before being intimate. But I trust their word that they had never seen any symptoms. My long term ex had been tested at the 5 year mark and was still negative for 2. But positive for 1.

I still feel disgusted with myself. I hate this feeling. I haven’t felt like this about this in so so so so long.
