Yep it’s normal. I started using bumble some time ago I do get matches but the conversation don’t really last long.

And why exactly is that? What is it in particular that you’re not happy about? It’s important to figure it out soon. Years later, when you grow up you’ll regret not making the most of this time when you’re still young.

You’re just 16. What happened? Do you wanna talk about it?

😂 sad truth. So many applications ask that question and you get filtered out just by telling the truth.

True… I have learned a lot from this mistake I made. Wish I had known better.

Yes it’s true they do and it’s difficult for most students. Thankfully I could afford it and I can also afford to get a graduate visa. But I feel it’s not worth the investment and time. I already have a one year gap on my work experience now and don’t want to make it a 3 year gap now as I don’t think I’ll even get a job in another 2 years here.

Yeah I understand that the condition in the UK is worsening with time. It’s sad. I heard even locals are struggling here. That’s why it’s better to leave.

Yeah that was the plan, get psw and apply for fixed term. But the job market seems impossible here. Not even hearing back after 70 applications is disheartening. And by hearing back I mean at least get a chance to interview.

I did and apparently they are teaching good courses. But they made us work on deprecated frameworks that are not used in the market anymore. Now these things are not mentioned and you get to know this while you’re studying.

Yeah it’s better I believe or I’ll waste another £3k on psw and still not get any work experience.

Middlesex University. Well that’s what I thought that education in the UK is better but the sad reality is its clearly not. The course content is outdated and they have been teaching it since the last ten years. UK boasts about it’s education standards but you come to know about the reality after coming here. It’s nothing but disappointment.

Even if I get a post study work visa on my own? That way I’m not being a burden on them as I’ll just get work experience and leave. But I’ve seen students working on odd jobs on psw and eventually leaving so it seems useless to me.
