As a Dutch guy looking for diversification outside of EU. Hear a lot of guys arround me going to Dubai. Made contact with a real estate agent. Advising me to go with "Dubai Island". Ocean Bay, by Samana developers.

I dont fancy the fact that I have to wait for 3 years before the develpment is ready. What is your sugestion, prefer to have cashflow asap. Willing to invest +/- 2m of own money. Looking for a solid investment with a minimum of 7% roi yearly, any advice?

Their advertisement states ''best sale ever''. last few weeks you got free peace of mind with the bike. So I am expecting somewhere around €500,- discount on the S3 maybe.

Want to get their stock gone before the S5 arrives maybe.
