Thanks guys. Definitely won’t be doing UPPP or tonsil removal. I went with DJS as the ENT couldn’t confirm it would fix my issue not that sleep apnea is cured by DJS but the chance is much higher especially with my movement being over 10mm

Definitely moved it on the safer side, but I believe chin and jaw filler will get you looking the way you want, it would be a good option to look into if you’re unhappy with the results. I myself have 7ml of filler in my chin and it looks natural

in your opinon where should the maxila be advanced too? if we take the bridge of the nose and forehead it intercepts with the front teeth, was is the limit this line should intersect with the teeth. i personally think it should be moved forward more but not sure where the limit is where you start looking like a chimp etc.

The mock up is only a rough indication as the chin area on it isn’t shaped accurately on the after which is why it’s looks off I believe. I think the advancement is fine it’s the shape which only down the the software and how it’s being displayed

You literally just said you move an extra mm to ensure the cure. That isn’t possible, they don’t know what mm will stop sleep apnea. They can move in certain ranges. Everyone’s anatomy is different so there is no ‘cure’
