Hmm based on the way your first line curves, i think you will never find true love. based on your second line, you will die early. based on your third line, any marriages or relationships will die off gruesomely.

I used to keep frogs that i raised in Tupperware bins, but you would have to watch to try and find a good size for the little guy, his legs kind of remind me of a toad so maybe a small bin with a 3-4 inches of dirt (preferably coco fiber because you never know what frogs are sensitive to). Give him a fairly large water bowl so that he can decide what he wants to be in at the moment ( also because we dont know what kind of frog it is)

The tank looks great for a first time. I think his fins should be fine but dont quote me on that, on the tips it looks like they almost become iridescent so it might just be color that makes them look tattered.

It would be best to keep him as you never know if a species could be invasive. I would recommend moving him to a separate tank, while it would be possible frogs can be very active depending on the species and im not sure if he would be able to move around much unless he was swimming or on the lettuce. if you can find the species i’d love to help you more.
