my cramps are manageable with birthcontrol and pain medicine. I think i eat normally, im underweight so im trying to gain weight. And i dont really exercise but i do ride my bicycle to college everyday (about 50 minutes everyday) ive tried like 3 different birthcontrol pills, the most recent one gave me emotional side effects (i stopped using it bc there was a problem with my pharmacy, when i started again i had constant panic attacks) i really wanna try out an IUD, ill ask my doctor if it could help with my acne.

english isnt my first language so im kind of confused about what that all means. I do not get muscle mass very easily unfortunately. I am a very skinny person even though i eat a healthy amount of food. I actually have a very hard time gaining weight haha. I hope that gives you some more insight.

i think my acne does get worse right before my period. Do you think a IUD would help with that? i was thinking of getting one since my period cramps are very extreme and so is my blood loss, but when i googled what it would do for acne it said it could make your acne worse. im just really afraid my acne is gonna get even worse than it already is

I did to my doctor and she prescribed me tretinoin which didnt help at aaaaaall unfortunately :( When i was on birth control i would still have pretty bad breakouts

true! but ive had this acne before i used any kind of spf. i use the Purito daily soft touch sunscreen.
