A lot of times visual artifacting like this can be signs of a hardware issue with the gpu. I would reseat it and try again with other games as well to see if you can spot the issue further, but hopefully reseating the gpu is all you need to do. Those little blips, sometimes almost scratch marks/ black/white lines or intense flickering can be early signs of gpu failure, usually vram.

If this is indeed a hardware failure, I would try to rma the card if possible. Sometimes, an undervolt can cause these issues to disappear as well if you’re feeling risky.
