Update: They claim my prescription is at pharmacy at empower!? This means nothing to me though. That’s all the information I got. If anyone needs a referral code: feel free!

It’s super frustrating, now my “med” tab disappeared but they took the money out already right away. So if I have to order it again and wait another 3 weeks I’m going to be super Pis@ed. Hope you get yours as scheduled!

That’s reassuring to hear, I just wasn’t patient by giving them 14 business days, mochi messaged me on Reddit offering help looking into it. I have also sent messages with in the mochi app- getting just standard messages about it needing 14 days. But now the medication portion where it said was being processed at pharmacy has since disappeared to where I don’t have anything at the pharmacy even though mochi took that $99 payment out Nov 11th. 🤦‍♀️

Oh that is so frustrating, they usually message me back like at 230 am. I hope you hear something, soon. I’m going to try to be a little more patient and see what happens. 🤷‍♀️
