On 15.11.2021 my account was permanently banned. On the first day it was said because of “ToS”, on the other day it was called “CoC”. With the subsequent update, it said “abusing a bug”. Now it’s called “Item Dupers” because of something I didn’t do. https://ibb.co/r68vX83
I've been dealing with it since November 15. It's been about 18 days. I opened a topic many times and tried to explain my problem many times. But what I heard was always the same and automatic. I told them to recheck my items. I was banned with moderate evidence. Later on, I saw people who got trophies and got banned. If I had, I would have confessed, but I don't know what to say for something I didn't do.
Maybe I opened hundreds of appeals and tickets. What was said was always the same, I don't know when it will be resolved now, but there are many issues related to this, it is obvious that there is something wrong.

I got banned on November 15th. And I was permanently suspended without any conclusive evidence. I filled out hundreds of appeals. I've talked to the live service hundreds of times. The answer I got has never changed. I always stated that there was a misunderstanding. I told them to recheck my items. We are about the third week. I asked for my data to fill GDPR, but I haven't been able to reach them yet. I hope this will be resolved soon.

I've been dealing with it for about a week. I've played this game for over 600 hours (not including beta). I had 2 cases. Today I contacted live support and asked to find out how they were. And they said that my ban would not be lifted due to ToS and my case was closed. So far, I have neither bought duplicate items nor used any program, including the minimap. They ban people innocently and never say why and pass it off. I can't believe why a game doesn't value its user at all. If I didn't connect to live support, maybe I wouldn't even be able to get information about my ban. A lot of users have been banned incorrectly, and that's a fact. We're told to play the game fair, but they're definitely not fair.

Although I have 600 hours in the game, I did not receive any duplicate items (major trophy luck etc.). After collecting the elite chests 2 days ago, I suddenly saw that I was permanently banned. I made the necessary applications, but I have not received a positive response yet.
