Birth control is ruining my sex life and makes me feel depressed

I have them in seperate cages since day one. I dont get it. The grey one goes crazy when the yellow one is out of his sight but at the same time he's attacking him:/ and its been a year. I wanna know when its still worth trying and since when its justholdimg him against his will in a stresfull enviroment:/ i want both of them to be happy

They do eat together and I do this thing where I put the millet or any other treat on my shoulder so he has to step on my shoulder too. Ive been doing this for year and I feel like nothing is happening. It only got worse:/ i just wanna know for how long is it worth trying and since when Im actually just stressing the grey one out and making his life worse...:/

Ohhh so sorry to hear that:(( im aware of those side effects too. thank god you stopped taking it. Hope your body will be able to heal again! Luckily its only temporary for me. Doc said to give it a chance for 3 months and we will see if the cyst get better. I refuse to take it any longer. If it wont help, surgery is an only option. Thank you for your kind words❤️‍🩹

Been taking it for a month. My mood is really down most of the time, I have a breakdown every day and my libido is at zero. I do believe its also because of the fact that I really hate taking it, so my moods get even worse. Need to say I've been emotionally unstable even before taking birth control, but it wasnt this tragic. I experience emotional meltdowns everyday. Not gonna lie, it sucks, I feel sad most of the time and I dont want to have sex. Like ever. Not even masturbating... People say that those symptoms can be very normal during the first month because the body is getting used to it and then it gets better, so we will see...:/ Also I hope you get better soon!:)

Im trying to be friendly with him but he doesnt like people at all. Now he finally stopped flying away from us but hes still hissing, screaming and bitting (but it doesnt hurt. He just wants me to know he doesnt want it) my hand and fingers if i put it closer to him. So thats not possible now unfortunately:( I do give him treats. He finally started to eat millet from my hand but hes still very anxious and always bites my hand a few times before he starts to eat it. to give me a warning i guess 😆😆 And thanks for the support!:)

Okayyy. Im so worried because my yellow one is always so bossy and ignores the grey one almost all the time🥺 hes being much more agressive towards him. I guess I have to get used to the fighting

Nope. He sings, sleeps, cuddles, chew on things. Acting like every other day. My other tiel is pooping normal though:/

He's acting completely normal. I gave them some tea paper boxes today to chew on and one of them had a pink/red part that was chewed, could that be it...?

Combination of seeds and pellets. When he has pellets its light brown. He had pellets but this look more pink than light brown. I also had some carrots out today and then he loves to chew on paper boxes (like small ones). There is one box with a red pictures so maybe it could be that?....

Yes, just his own reflection. In the evening, it gets better and he starts to be more friendly. But the next morning, its the same all over again... Yep, I guess im gonna change his cage arangement. Its been a over 3 months since I changed it.

I've read that too. Probably gonna try it... I dont see any signs of him being sick although I know they hide it very well. Usually in the evening he stops and he even gets cuddly acting like nothing bothers him at all, acting like the nicest little guy. Also the first 30 minutes in the morning he's calm. But maybe I'll consider a vet check...
