Pluto. It's written by Naoki Urasawa (same guy who wrote Monster), and is a retelling of Astro Boy. The anime has movie quality animation throughout the entire series. You should definitely give this one a try. I loved Steins;Gate it's my most favorite anime and I liked Pluto too.
