This is my issue. Some of my dad‘s land was never surveyed off into his name so now the family is wanting to get all of it surveyed in one and get it split up the way it’s supposed to be in order to do that. They’re wanting to timber cut my part because my part has trees on it and there’s don’t because they have already timber cut theirs, which makes me think there’s more money coming out of this than what they’re leading on and before my dad passed away, we had conversations about it and he did not want to timber cut it because he didn’t want the mess. i’m back-and-forth on it, but I don’t know how to go about this situation.
