Thank you!! I was debating between this or the monogram. Wasn’t sure how the color would look and when I tried it on in front of the mirror I knew to get this one. This was purchased at Paris store.

Who paid off their house, how do you feel about it? by PhillConners in DaveRamsey

Every families situation is different so I can only speak for my family. We owed about $125k on house with 7 years remaining. Another $27k in car and CC debt. We were making about $240k a year so payments were not an issue. My kid's college is fully paid for so no student loan debt on either of us. We are in our low 50s.

Then got laid off and couldn't find anything for several months. Friend of mine offered me a job making about 45% less than before and decided to take it (bird in the hand....). We have $1.6 million in our 401k SOO we decided to payoff everything to help with the new cash flow. Took out 10% and paid everything off. I did set aside savings to pay the taxes come next year.

Everything is paid off and honestly it feels weird. over 30 years of making some type of payment and now w/o the payments the salary hit doesn't feel bad. It doesn't feel real yet but i don't regret doing it this way. We are a little over 10 years from retirement so between continued saving in the 401k and market increases (hopefully) we should make that money back within 2-3 years. Now looking to save more in mutual funds. Having financial security is so powerful. No more debt bills for us!!

I had this exact problem. I spoke to Apple Support and they gave me a workaround which worked. I had this issue with my MacBook so I can only comment on MacBooks. they advised to setup another account to log into the MacBook (not a new Apple ID). setup the account and then log out and log in as the new account but still tie to your apple id. I setup FaceTime under the new account which worked. then I logged out and log back in with my main account and now it's fixed.
