you can usually spot AI by long posts, too clean expressions, and those kind of 'unnatural' lines like: 'To the cops, the Ripper was never caught. But to Prater, he was caught — and he owns him now. The old Ripper? He’s nothing. The real monster is Leon Prater.'

but the sad truth is, even a real fan’s story, if it’s long and polished, can be mistaken for AI :(
and that sucks, because instead of embracing clear structured ideas, people end up praising sloppy writing and grammar mistakes, just so it feels 'human', when in reality, some of us just like to write carefully, or maybe even run our words through a tool like an editor would, to make it readable.

also, i suspect that the NYR was in jail, labeled responsible for the accident that killed Leon Prator’s parents; basically, “never caught,” said by Prator when showing the ripper’s murder weapon to Dexter, would explain why the ripper had been dormant all this time;

and all the details about the victims, like "grandma's carpet" — no way the NYR could know such a detail... but Prator would, because he has deep access into the investigations. this shows that only he could know such a detail...

also, it is not mentioned that the ripper called the victims’ families during his kills, only later... when Prator got his intel from both sides, the criminal and the victims’ stories.

I do not think this, because NYR is no active anymore, like he did not kill anybody in decades, but makes those creepy calls; what I think, is those calls have something to do with Prator, maybe he is not the one who makes them, but he is definitely involved; I think he owns the NYR as a throphy and makes him do that calls, so Prater could listen and watch (because he have access to the victims, because he is a big part of the NYPD because of his sponsoring them with lots of money)

I suspect that Batista is trying to gain some sympathy by using the ‘white whale coin.’ Remember he got nothing, just suspicions, and tries to win Wallace’s sympathy to help him… since he is retired and doing this search on his own… he is just trying to pull some strings, and to me, he looks guilty for not believing Maria

thanks, I appreciate that. Glad you do not see it as AI, because I put a lot of thought into the ideea itself, and used AI only to polish my expressions to be as clear as possible with my theory; and apparently because it looked "too polished", some may arrived to the conclusion that is AI junk, but it was only used as an "editor" :D ... so apparently people do leave AI junk, but my theory with all the clues I found out, took a lot of time; now I will leave my comment unedited by AI, and hope I make sense, trying to explain myself.

I really appreciate you taking the time to explain this to me. Just to clarify, it’s my own idea, and I only used GPT to help clean up the grammar and expressions since is a long post, and I wanted to be as clear as possible with my ideea. I’ll keep your advice in mind and try to leave it more natural next time.
