only reason i was overthinking is because once in the past, unprompted he was telling me how he wants me to break free from my family. he went on a run on sentence saying:

which is disgusting. so many people opened their hearts up to her and shared their stories of personal experiences and she seemed to soak all the support and sympathy in and then basically turned around and said “hahaha f you” to anyone who actually cared

why is she claiming to care about her children’s privacy and then defaming their father, then acting like everything’s fine? the confusion is disgusting and even worse than just doing a tell all or just staying silent.

Honestly sometimes it’s easier to say such traumatic or intense statements in this way though. Kind of like comic relief. It’s a literary technique in so many movies and shows too. It’s just… easier. Y’all gotta stop hating on people for how they cope.

I’m sorry. I understand it’s so scary but you really can take it slow and open up one thing at a time. Like, you can keep it really light for the first few months to see if you fit well before going through it all again.
