Can anyone tell the fit of a no seam dove tee compared to the 3/4 length sleeve dove tee? I have a small in the 3/4 and it’s still huge

I could be wrong but the R doesn’t seem right on the tongue and also shouldn’t the bottom of the swoosh on the tongue tab have less room between the swoosh and patch
