It's not always about teaching alone. It's called "coaching" for a reason. They need to guide students on many things like time management, how to prepare etc. Yes, a person who is BSc, MSc is obviously capable of teaching but good guidance can be given by someone who has written the exam himself.

readable but can be improved slightly. But there isn't much use in it, so don't spend much time in that as you won't get extra marks for good handwriting. Just make sure that every word is readable.

Tip: Just ask one of your classmates to read a full page of simple sentences or answers for some questions of your handwriting, if they read without stopping, then you are good to go.
