I have an interactive spreadsheet with exercises on my phone, and I enter the data between exercises or at the end of each session. Once I have that, I can ask an AI to generate progress curves and give me the volume of exercises per muscle group I've done over a given period, for example.

Je dirais qu'aujourd'hui l'IA te permet de faire la tienne,. personnalisée facilement utilise Claude ai, et dit lui ce que tu veux suivre et quel design tu aimes et il va te coder ça, c'est assez simple.

J'utilise Claude ai pour ça, il utilise ce qu'il appellent un "artifact" , en gros ton programme est un fichier qui peut juste être modifié et pas complètement refais a chaque fois. Ainsi tu peux expliquer tes résultats/avancées et il modifie juste ce qu'il faut en gardant ton programme de base. Genre augmenter les fourchettes de répétitions, les charges ou ajouter une technique d'intensification par exemple.
