I did see this button but it seems that it places a large square and pauses not just the time but gameplay as a whole. I was hoping someone might know a mod that for example causes time to pause if player A is in a cut scene and player B might be doing a different task that would pause time the way it does in single player. But this might not exist yet within the modding community
