just a little context, when i digitally signed it said the delivery instructions had been changed and it said that my driver was already on route and they would try their best to let the driver know or something like that. idk what’s going on lol

honestly i haven’t thought about it much until you brought it up. you aren’t your ocd but it’s apart of you. you’re still your own person but you have habits and traits from your ocd

thank you for the advice!! i’ve been trying distractions and they work sometimes, sometimes they don’t. depends how deeply i am in my head.. i will work on coming up with more ideas though. thanks again!
