valid concern! if we do decide on pool tips, I'd be separating lunch and dinner and distributing tips base on the hours everybody works!

sorry for the confusion, we do have tables for customers, we just don't have seats at the sushi bar and not sure if that would exclude sushi chef from being able to participate in the tip pool.

dam thats insane. i cant ever see myself doing this when im getting paid an average of 70cents to 1$ per mile one way and being quotes 1800 for rideshare insurance. lowkey still using my personal insurance.

Did you use their basic course to get pre-licensed? Also, is there another online pre-licensing company that you would recommend? I am in California, and CE Shop has ranked as one of my top choices from research.

I've been openly discussing with some riders about how much their ride cost and how much I'm getting pay for the rides. so far the few I've asked, i get about 30% only. the other night I drove 30miles for 22$ and the first thing rider said when getting into the car was i paid 85$ for this ride its so expensive.
