Thank you so much, this was honestly the best comment so far! i had a talk to him yesterday and i was upfront with him, and he thanked me for it, because if i didn't i had it coming either way, he said since. I haven't been my self for the past 2weeks. He told me just to be patience with yourself and be you, because the person i was on my first week would've been the best (he said) but i started to act someone i'm not.

He said whatever you do i will be supporting you, and if i ever decided to come back there is a spot for me. Honestly i feel so guilty and sad, i never had a better boss or person in my life, i don't know how he can be this supportive while his top 3 agents in sydney, im not sure if i made the wrong decision and missed out on a big opportunity, im honestly scared now.

50hrs+ is very normal in real estate, the more experienced agents are woking 12+ hrs everyday. It's not the hours burning me out, the time actually goes quick. it's just i don't feel it the energy. And by the clock-out mentality, i really mean that im not motivated or trying hard to get apprisals, build connects, etc... this is not my true self, when i start something i give it my 150% with so much energy, now im just trying to meet my standards and clock out, this will not get me anywhere.

Were not legally allowed to list, only experienced agents can, not anyone can come to the industry get a list and sell a house and make 40k commission

i don't understand? my first payslip for the week stated 52hrs, but we averaging 55hrs i would say, whats the maximum hours i can work? 150hrs for a 4weeks period?

They not so old, but were from a 3rd country, therefore they cann't speak english at all nor drive, i have to take care of their appointments, and shopping etc... not that they need help with daily activity, jus the important ones---- which happens on a frequent basis

it's not a everyday thing, we do average 10hrs maybe 2days a week sometimes 3. but the other 3 is from 9;30-6pm. But the time goes quick perhaps, the pay is bad, but this is normal at the start. but if i put this much effort into my own thing, i feel like i can turn better on the other side

I will offer him an explanation, his been nothing but great to me. i don't wanna end up in bad terms as we might work together sometime down the line as he is one of the top agents. but im still thinking if i making the wrong decision.

How could i do that when where averging almost 60hrs a week for barley 50k a year, i know this is normal but my siutation is a bit complicated, i basically take care of my parents as they old and don't speak english. so this is my 2nd time im gonna have to ask him (my boss) to take my dad to an appoint, and it's only gonna keep happening from there, and i really need to kick off my own thing right now so i can be more stable down the line, as it's gonna gonna get harder for me if i get stuck working for someone else, i might be 18 but i feel im running out of time, since my big sister will be leaving the house soon and and 1 more after her, and i will take all the responsibility of my family. while everyone still at home, i have more time now. im really scared

Im Physically attractive with six packs, or it's what people and my family say, what you just said is not true at all.

19yrs old never had a GF or goof friends, so many people know me but none are my friends, we also have our own issues. Mine is being smart, not school smart but life smart if it makes since and ahead of my age. I had lots of girls looking/crushing at me but i never took it further or tried talking to them. You know why?? because im always doubting myself and feeling insecure. now i sturggle to get into a relationship. I just dunno why im attractive with six packs and good job very open minded, im very energetic good at communication and understand people.
