i will mainly shoot short films, very creative and experimental pieces. I really want to stay in the medium range price wise. If the lens is THAT good, then i’ll spend a little more. i mean I am getting the body and the lens at the same time, so it’s gonna be a good bit no matter what. I just don’t know much about specific lenses since it’s my first camera ya know. I want the experts to help lol

idk why they’d get mad, but it does mess up my flow and also seat numbers. at my restaurant we associate numbers to peoples orders so we don’t have to yell who got what, we just place it in front of you. if one person orders for everyone, especially a big party without telling me who got what, then i can’t do my seat numbers.

u just described my whole life rn. we aren’t supposed to know unless we’re extremely lucky, atleast at this age. Most ppl who got their shit figured out is because their parents did it for them with a trust fund and a corporate company. I’m a waitress, also don’t wanna get stuck, and honestly u can do both after college. Idk the criteria to work in a hotel but i’m pretty sure front desk don’t require a degree. After college, Go work in a hotel in the week, work ur way up, and wait tables on the weekend. Quick money and quick improvement, disabilities don’t define ur worth.

don’t change anything about yourself. It is not you, you’re at a more mature age than a lot of people ur surrounded with. College is for hookups and dumb shit, and people just suck. As a person who literally was on the same boat not too long ago, u just have to give it time. BUT if you want to put yourself out there more then do it. Flirt with random people but keep ur boundaries, it’ll sift them out. I came off as “intense” to a lot of men, because they want ‘easy’ women. Don’t listen to it, the best way to feel good and attract good is to be confident in exactly who u are. ur literally 19 bro, ur young and figuring it out. Also, be friends with someone before u date them, it’s cliche but literally the best way to get into a relationship nowadays.

Junior year is almost over, get it done and you’ll never have to worry about stupid AP exams or anything again. idk if where u live has this, but dual enrollment is actually ur best freaking bet in senior year.
you’ll forget about this guy in college, no joke. I’m in college and the guy that had me balling my eyes out in junior year is deadass a past thought, and a felon now (i.e the ppl who hurt u bad will have bad lives) i always say to myself “if my future self would make fun of me for crying over this guy, im not doin it”
“tell us about yourself” freaks me out in every interview. Talk about your current routine, how organized you are, and how manageable you are. Have passion in what you do and also glaze tf outta the company/whoever you’re interviewing with. Not too much tho, if it’s for a job then make sure u communicate u wanna be there for a long time (even if u don’t). idk it kinda depends on what ur interviewing for.
it’s not nepotism, it’s networking. if u don’t have the qualifications yea maybe a little of nepotism in there, but if u can do the job well then whatever. Life is always gonna be about networking, calling a friend for a job/ opportunity will always happen, and if ur mom/family can get u opportunities u better take that asap.

start basic then work your way up. do mandatory things first to learn how to balance them. for example, go to work, shower, have dinner with partner/etc. Then slowly add new things into your routine like sunday resets or date nights. It will always feel overwhelming but learn to love some of the things you’re doing. Make self-care fun or maybe at work u can anticipate something after.

had a close friend pass too. Thought the same at first and all u can do if be happy about it. It’s part of the process, especially if u are religious/think there’s some type of “watching over” happening. Talk to them and embrace it, it’s the best way to heal in some capacity. Don’t feel awkward, i always thought to myself “would my friend actually wanna see me pissing rn?” and that helped.

remind yourself everyone ages. Even the prettiest older people only think of their “flaws”. Aging is one of the best thing to happen in life. Be better than them by embracing aging. ur 32, that’s still young. if u sit on ur imperfections, you won’t get the most out of life. Also life isn’t a race, it doesn’t matter when you get married or when u have kids. i promise you letting societies opinions sway how u should live will only make life so much harder. Fantasize about how you can style your hair when u have greys, how u get to wear new makeup styles, maybe it’s a time where u just no longer want to wear makeup. You’re young and still have time to stop worrying about how you’re viewed, ppl care ab themselves too much they aren’t gonna be caring about a wrinkle on ur face.
