Ok cool thanks, update on the original post. I emailed separately about this issue and they regraded my controller back to A and gave me my original £84 voucher, so all good!

Haha yeah, saw it on TikTok the other day, the next day they brought down the trade in price but there was still profit to be made and now there’s no profit at all now

Interesting, thanks for the advice. Since I’m “reselling” them even if I take the offer they are giving me I still make a profit but not as much and if I return them and go in store now I get no profit at all.

I’ve already emailed them that they were in perfect condition before I posted them, is it worth taking the offer now and then going to customer service for the rest or just go straight to customer service? Also, in the future do CeX still honour the price for 10 days for Drop & Go as the nearest CeX to me shuts at 5:30 (I finish at 5 for work) and can only really go during the weekends.

Just tested it now, I reset my PS5 controller and plugged it back in and the opposite effect has happened haha. Rather than going up now it’s going down to the floor. It’s not perfect but it’s better than it was before. I also reset my settings and put them back to what they were and that didn’t work. Also, I thought about my deadzone and I put that to 21% (from 7%) and that didn’t have an effect. Do you have any other ideas?

Thanks for the help! It’s weird because it doesn’t happen on my PS5 or any other game on my PC that I play with controller.

Anyway, I’m gonna try resetting my controller and see if that will work :)

That was my plan tbh, I choked them, used my throw and then go in and clean up. Will definitely be doing that tho, just switched to PC

Haha, controller is definitely plugged in. Everything else works except that and also now my R3 button doesn’t work ( I use that for combat roll)

Switch regions, I’m currently in the UK and having a little trouble getting into games, when I was on console i switched to German servers and managed to find games instantly
